Platform: ShootingSet.com and its Associated Mobile Applications

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish the legal agreement between you ("User", "Seller", or "Associate") and Rebba Global Inc., regarding your access to and use of the following platforms, collectively referred to as the "ShootingSet Platform":

• ShootingSet App (User App)
• ShootingSet Seller App (Vendor App)
• ShootingSet Associate App (Service Men App)
• ShootingSet Web App (User App)

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, account holders, vendors, service professionals, and any other parties accessing or using the platform in any capacity.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform": Refers collectively to ShootingSet.com, its subdomains, and all its related mobile and web applications.
• "User": Any individual or organization using the User App or Web App to browse, book, or purchase/rent services, props, or items.
• "Seller": Any registered vendor, studio, individual, or business listing props, equipment, costumes, or related services via the Seller App.
• "Associate": Any service personnel, including crew members, transport providers, technicians, and others registered through the Associate App / registered through Seller App.
• "Content": All materials posted, uploaded, or otherwise made available on the Platform, including listings, images, videos, pricing, descriptions, and metadata.
• "Company", "we", "us", or "our": Refers to Rebba Global Inc.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.
• Agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

The Company reserves the right to restrict or revoke access at its sole discretion for non-compliance.

4. Registration and Account Security

• All Users, Sellers, and Associates must register an account to access the platform's core features.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Unauthorized use of accounts must be reported immediately to support@shootingset.com.

5. Scope of Services

5.1 For Users (ShootingSet App / Web App):

• Browse listings of props, services, equipment, costumes, set items, and more.
• Filter results by location, availability, category, and pricing.
• Make bookings or purchases directly via the app.
• Securely complete payments and track delivery/service.

5.2 For Sellers (Seller App):

• List individual or bulk props, services, costumes, and equipment.
• Set your pricing, rental duration, and availability calendar.
• Accept, manage, or reject incoming booking requests.
• Maintain inventory listings and upload accurate product photos.

5.3 For Associates (Associate App):

• Receive and accept service-related job requests.
• Mark availability, travel updates, and work completion status.
• Submit completion photos or verification.
• Receive payouts upon verified job completion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
• Post, upload, or share illegal, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the platform's security or data integrity.
• Harvest or collect data from other users or listings.

7. Payments and Platform Fees

• All payments are processed via a secure third-party payment gateway.
• Users must complete payments in full before availing any services.
• Sellers and Associates will receive their dues after completion of services and post-confirmation from the user.
• Rebba Global Inc. may deduct platform service charges, commissions, taxes (GST, TDS), and applicable fees prior to disbursal.
• Tax compliance is the sole responsibility of individual Sellers and Associates.

8. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

• Users may cancel bookings based on cancellation policies defined per listing.
• Cancellation charges and refund timelines vary and will be specified on the booking confirmation page.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.
• Sellers and Associates must honor bookings except under valid force majeure conditions.
• Rebba Global Inc. reserves the right to mediate and decide final resolutions in refund disputes.

9. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All original content uploaded by Users, Sellers, and Associates remains their intellectual property.
• By uploading content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content for platform operations.
• The platform interface, software, logo, and all branding elements remain the exclusive property of Rebba Global Inc. and are protected by applicable IP laws.

10. Ratings, Reviews, and Feedback

• Users may post reviews or ratings based on completed services.
• All feedback must be truthful and constructive. Malicious or defamatory content may be removed.
• The Company reserves the right to hide, edit, or remove feedback without notice.

11. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall first be reported through the in-app support system or via support@shootingset.com.
• If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Jurisdiction shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• The Company may suspend services of either party during unresolved disputes to prevent further issues.

12. Termination, Suspension, and Account Deletion

The Company may suspend, limit, or permanently delete user accounts under the following conditions:

• Repeated breach of these Terms;
• Verified fraudulent or unethical behavior;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Use of bots, automation tools, or any exploitative behavior;
• Threats to the integrity or reputation of the platform.

Voluntary account deletion can be initiated by writing to support@shootingset.com.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

• All data collected is processed in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and our Privacy Policy.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, logistics providers, or law enforcement where necessary.
• Users consent to the use of their contact and usage data for service-related communications and platform improvements.
• Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

• Rebba Global Inc. provides the platform on an "as-is" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.
• The Company is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, delivery delays, or errors in listings.
• Maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to 50% of the total transaction value involved.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebba Global Inc., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform;
• Any content or materials posted by you;
• Breach of these Terms;
• Violation of rights of another party or applicable law.

16. Amendments and Updates

• These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• All changes will be posted on ShootingSet.com and notified through the platform.
• Continued use of the platform post-modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
