This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which users, vendors, or associates may request a refund for purchases, rentals, or services booked through any ShootingSet app or portal.
· Item (prop/service) not delivered as per schedule.
· Received prop is broken, severely damaged, or misrepresented.
· Confirmed associate fails to show up.
· Refund request raised within 2 hours of delivery or booking failure.
· User cancels after confirmation but before dispatch.
· User fails to receive delivery with no justification.
· Damaged prop returned due to user mishandling.
· Pre-booked appointment cancelled without notice.
· On-site service rejected without valid cause.
Refunds will not be entertained if:
· Cancellation is made within 24 hours of service.
· Proof of complaint (e.g. photo/video) is not submitted.
· Service was partially used.
· Item was rented and used fully before complaint.
· Complaints are frivolous or unfounded.
1. Initiation:
Request must be made via email or app support within 2 hours of incident.
2. Investigation:
Our team will verify issue via:
o Order history
o Delivery logs
o GPS/service tracking
o Communication records
3. Approval/Rejection:
Final decision is shared within 5 business days.
4. Disbursement Timeline:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
· Original payment mode (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
· Wallet Credits (valid for 12 months; non-withdrawable)
· Partial or full refund based on investigation outcome
· Promo discounts are non-refundable.
· You will receive refund only on the actual paid amount (after discount).
· Cashback or reward points are not refunded.
· Processing fees, Platform fees & payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
· Refunds to international accounts may take up to 15–20 business days.
· Processing fees, currency conversion or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
· Frequent refund claims by a user/seller may lead to:
o Temporary suspension
o Account flagging
o Legal scrutiny in cases of fraud
